Our POS and ERP systems are provided as-is. We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service for any reason, without notice at any time.
Payment & Fees
Subscription fees are non-refundable. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
Prohibited Use
You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Bebsa Banao, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, special, indirect, or consequential damages, or any other damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data, whether in an action in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence) or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Service.
